In this video series, we introduce our users and learn how Walnut’s sales demo software helped them solve some of their biggest business pains.
For the fourth episode of #NutsAboutWalnut, we had the pleasure of interviewing Eyal Webber-Zvik, VP of Product Marketing at Cato Networks to discuss how Walnut has improved the time to value.
Watch the video or read the transcript below:
Hi, I’m Eyal. I’m VP of Product Marketing at Cato Networks.
Why did you choose to start using Walnut?
We used to do a lot of product demos with our solution. It’s very disruptive and customers wanted to see first-hand what the product and the service looks and feels like. And we used to either onboard them to the platform, which was a long process, or share with them recorded video demos which were not interactive.
We were looking for something that would give us the best of both – an interactive solution and something that doesn’t require setting up a full tenant and training on the platform, and Walnut does exactly that.
How do you use the platform on a day-to-day basis?
We started with just my team using it to create online demos and then it kind of started to spread around. So right now, also it’s part of the use of the knowledge team for internal training.
We release new features like many cloud companies at a very high frequency. And that means we need to train all our technical staff in the sales organization, customer success, and professional services with the new capabilities. It’s very easy as the first touchpoint to share with them Walnut demos so they can play around with it before they actually enable it and integrate it and use it in their demo accounts.
What’s the biggest pain Walnut solves for your company?
The biggest pain is the time it takes from when we understand someone wants to see a demo to when they can actually see it. This was reduced from hours and days into minutes or an hour at most. So it’s very dramatic, on the positive side.
What do you enjoy the most about Walnut?
The overall feedback which I hear from all over is how fast it is to create those demos. It now takes a minute once we’ve created all the screens and recorded all the screens into your platform. Setting up a demo literally takes minutes and the time to value is just amazing.
Our entire sales organization is over three hundred and fifty people, so we all benefit directly or indirectly from Walnut.
Sum up Walnut in one sentence.
Definitely something that we were looking for and we’re very happy that you thought about it and built a product that delivers it. That’s one sentence.
The second sentence is the fastest time from need to live demo that I’ve seen.
