We are looking for an experienced CSM to join Walnut and lead our clients onboardings, product implementations, and renewals.
The CSM completes the post-sales life-cycle for Walnut’s portfolio of customers, serving as an advocate for each customer and accelerating the expansion of Walnut within each account.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for Walnut’s customers throughout the lifecycle, beginning from the point of sale and extending through on-boarding, business reviews, project success, and renewals.
- Ability to understand customer requirements, identify, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of Walnut solution within the customer environment
- Maintain great technical knowledge of the Walnut product and guide our clients through the most relevant features and functionalities for their specific business needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition of ongoing client management.
What You'll Need
- 3-4 years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS company
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills: utilized with our clients, as well as delivering effective feedback to your peers and management.
- Accustomed to working effectively both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong leadership skills
