As an Experience rep, you will play an essential role in our post sales process.
Produce prospective and existing client demos using Walnut’s unique Sales Experience Platform, and provide the first line of support to prospective and existing customers, answering questions, and directing request traffic to the relevant stakeholders.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide the first line of response and support for user questions and requests.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to produce client demos.
- Identifying and reporting tech issues.
- Helping test and validate new feature releases
