The Role
As our first Technical Recruiting Specialist you will play an essential role in scaling our company.
You’ll be responsible for finding the best talents across a variety of tech and business functions, to join our multiple sites world-wide.
- Create and manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Source candidates globally from top talent pools
- Source and manage outside vendors to assist in the achievement of hiring goals
What We’d Love To See
- Seasoned tech recruiter with 3+ years of experience in startups
- Full cycle recruiter that can source, screen resumes, conduct phone and onsite interviews, reference checks etc.
- Experienced working in fast paced environment, sourcing and recruiting in Israel and USA
- Familiar with using social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for proactive sourcing and for advertising jobs
- Self-driven, independent, keen to really know people, smart and fast
- Excellent English speaker and writer
