Wow, my most embarrassing story. I think when my chair broke in the middle of a meeting and I was on the floor, not knowing  if I should cry or laugh.

What’s the funniest thing a client told me? “Oh, I expected someone much younger than you!”

The worst thing to say on a cold call

What’s the worst thing I said on my worst cold call ever? “Hey John, excuse me, I don’t want to bother you but..”

Your best sales tip

My best sales tip would be: “Don’t try to sell it. Help them buy it.”

Your sales golden rule

My golden rule in sales, you can tell: Always put a smile on.

The thing you love the most about sales

What do I love the most? The rush, the people, the adrenaline. Everything!

How do I celebrate? By dancing!
