Getting everybody on the same page when it comes to messaging is like herding cats. It’s really hard. Another thing is measuring impact can be a real challenge. Lastly, capturing attention in today’s information overload is quite difficult.

Without truly understanding your audience, it’s a recipe for a product nobody wants.

Never lose sight of the customer. Everything flows from their needs.

We were all set to launch a new product. We worked on it for two months, and the day before we launched, the CEO pulled the plug.
