Never make assumptions about your target audience. Just ask them.

Never make a decision based on what the highest paid person in the room thinks. Try to do it based on data or qualitative insights.
What’s the most awkward thing that ever happened to you on a Zoom call?
During COVID, the only place we had to work was essentially either the bed or the kitchen table. It worked out okay because my wife didn’t have a ton of calls.
But one day we had calls at the same time. So I was like, I’ll take it from the bedroom. I end up doing this half crouch, half stand thing, right in front of the laptop for like 30 minutes. And my legs were crazy sore for four days from that squat.
