Walnut for enterprise
Every team building with AI. One account you control.
When hundreds of people build with AI, the job becomes running it. Walnut handles who has access, what goes out, where the data goes and what the AI costs — from one account.
@Dana swap these for sample data before this goes out.

Running Walnut at scale comes down to four questions.
01 · PEOPLE
Onboard a region in one message. Offboard in one transaction.
SSO and SCIM decide who is in. For the rest, ask your AI assistant: Walnut MCP invites a hundred people at once, changes roles, and hands a leaver’s work to a colleague as it revokes their access — previewing every change first.
02 · CONTENT
Hundreds of creators, one standard for what reaches a buyer.
Comment on the exact element, @mention a reviewer, and see every template’s review status in the library. Turn approval on and nothing publishes until it’s signed off — and an edit afterwards, even by AI, sends it back.

03 · DATA
Every member, seat and session, in the systems you already report from.
Pull roles, logins, seat usage and every session across demos, playlists and deal rooms into your warehouse or licence review. Then act on it through Walnut MCP.
04 · AI
See what every AI feature costs. Then run it on your own keys.
The AI Center shows usage by feature and by user, and one switch for AI across the company. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI key, and AI on your key spends no Walnut credits.
Run the way the largest teams do. Across regions, launches and roadshows.
RIVERBED
“We sell to large enterprises, which means our demos need to be compelling, realistic, and believable. Before Walnut, we spent more time maintaining demos than actually selling.”
Mark Robinson, Senior Director, Marketing Solutions Enablement
SAILPOINT
“With Walnut, we have the ability to better address buyers’ needs and make sure we convey value to customers in a way that works for them.”
Ian Gritter, Global Leader, Solution Engineering Strategy
Frequently asked questions
Everything in Walnut — AI-built interactive demos, playlists and interactive deal rooms — plus the controls large organisations need around it: an approval flow before anything publishes, workspace administration from Claude or Codex through Walnut MCP, the Walnut API, SSO and SCIM, roles and permissions, SOC 2 Type II, verified viewer access and the AI Control Center. Bring your own model key is coming next.
An admin turns on approval for the account, and names who can approve. From then on a template can only be published once a reviewer approves it. Creators request review from the editor, reviewers are notified by email and in-app, and comments can be pinned to an element, a screen or the whole template, with @mentions that land in an in-app inbox and a daily digest. Anyone can comment whether or not approval is on.
Yes. The check sits on publishing itself, so it covers templates built by hand, by AI Mode and by bulk updates alike. Editing an approved template, however it was edited, sends it back for re-approval automatically.
Walnut MCP is a remote Model Context Protocol server that lets an AI assistant work in your Walnut workspace: invite and offboard members, change roles, transfer ownership, and search, tag, move and archive library content. It works with Claude, Codex and any other AI assistant that connects to remote MCP servers over OAuth.
Each person signs in with their own Walnut account over OAuth 2.1, so there is no shared key to rotate, and the assistant can only do what that person’s role allows. You can grant read-only access when you connect. Anything that changes data shows a preview first and runs only once confirmed.
Yes. The Walnut API is a REST API for reading your account at scale: every member’s role, last login and what they have built, seat usage by role including pending invites, your library, and session data for demos, playlists and deal rooms. It is documented as an OpenAPI spec, keys are created self-serve from the Integrations page, and it is included on Scale and Enterprise plans. To invite members, change roles or offboard, use Walnut MCP.
Yes. Bring your own key is available as an add-on: an admin connects OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI keys in the AI Control Center, maps a model to each kind of task, and AI that runs on your key does not spend Walnut credits. Any task left on Walnut’s default keeps using credits, every change is recorded in a change history, and you choose what happens if your provider has an outage.
In the AI Control Center. Admins can switch AI features on or off for the company, see usage by feature and by user, and buy additional credits in-app. Every plan includes an annual credit allowance; purchased credits sit on top of it and last a year.
Connect SSO and SCIM so your identity provider controls who is in, organise people into Groups to grant access by team, and keep Admin roles scarce: new members join as Presenters. Account Owners and Company Admins can invite, change roles and offboard in bulk through Walnut MCP, and audit members and seats through the Walnut API.
Yes. You can require cookie consent across every demo, playlist and deal room from Company Settings, and viewer data requests are handled by our team.
Yes. Walnut is SOC 2 Type II audited. Ask your account team for the current report.
Bring Walnut to your security review. We’ll bring the answers.
We’ll walk your security, legal and IT teams through all four.
