As we were saying, we couldn’t be more excited to launch these two game-changing capabilities so GTM teams never miss a lead again.

What is the new HubSpot integration?

Our new and improved HubSpot integration offers two mission-critical capabilities:

1. Automatically create contacts from demo views— Now, you can automatically generate contacts in HubSpot from identified demo views. This allows you to not only increase your leads, but also utilize demo data and customer interest to generate unique workflows.

2. Automatically sync demo data to HubSpot deals— Now, anyone with the integration enabled can automatically match demo views to HubSpot objects (Contacts, Companies, or Deals) and send demo activity to the matched object. This gives you the power to optimize your sales pipeline, better understand buyer intent, and learn how your team is using the demos. 

What is Walnut Uncover?

With this new capability, you can associate an anonymous demo session with a company name and auto-match it to a CRM account.

Walnut Uncover helps you and your team gain valuable insights about the companies viewing your product demos by integrating with leading data providers like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and Demandbase and providing this data in the CRM at the account level. 

Best practices 

  1. Consider gating your demos to collect leads from top-of-the-funnel demos that will automatically get matched in HubSpot
  2. Revisit your workflows and lead qualification criteria to include intent signals and deal momentum such as new stakeholders
