What’s your best sales demo advice?
Start with the why, not how or what your product does.
What’s the best piece of sales coaching you ever received?
Always seek to understand and don’t seek to just give an answer.
What’s your favorite cold call/email opening line?
I love permission-based openers. The best cold call I ever received was, “Hello, this is a cold call, but can I have 30 seconds of your time?
What’s the most awkward thing that ever happened to you on a Zoom call?
I will tell you that there are a lot of people who have used the restroom.
Why work in sales?
It’s a challenge every day. However, it’s one of the most rewarding challenges you can have.
What’s your biggest sales no-no?
Never make an assumption.
What’s your favorite song to pump you up before a demo?
“Lose Yourself” by Eminem.
