What’s your favorite cold call/email opening line?
Telling me what my competitor is doing and how it’s making them faster to market than I am.
What’s something sales reps should do to make the buying experience better for prospects?
Really get a good understanding of what the buying process is for that organization and making it as clean as possible so they can move quickly.
Why work in sales?
Besides money, I love closing a sale and negotiating a good price for either my customer or for my company.
What’s your biggest sales no-no?
Walking away from a demo call not understanding the buyer’s problem or what they’re trying to solve.
What’s the best sales book you’ve ever read?
Jolt, hands down.

Stop prospecting them and reach out more on a personal level.
