Additional Services

The additional Services described below are provided pursuant to an Order Form entered into by the Customer and Walnut. Descriptions for Services not specifically listed on your Order Form do not apply. The Services below will be available to you for the duration of the Subscription Term described in your Order Form, and will renew upon the lapse of the current Subscription Term. The Services below are non-refundable, and unless otherwise described below, must be consumed within the Subscription Term and may not roll-over into other periods. All capitalized terms not defined below, will have the meanings ascribed to them in the MSA.

Walnut Propel Program

Description of Service: The Walnut Propel Program provides customers expert-led activities to successfully incorporate interactive demos into their go to market efforts. The program includes the following:

  • Strategic Session (30 mins): In this session, we collaborate with you to align your business objectives with a structured implementation strategy, focusing on getting the most out of Walnut. We’ll dive into your initial use cases and broaden the discussion to cover a comprehensive approach to the entire customer journey. Together, we’ll identify key opportunities to effectively deploy Walnut, sharing best practices and tailored recommendations to meet your specific goals.
  • Training Session (60 mins): This interactive training session, led by a Customer Success Manager or a member of our Professional Services team, will provide you with the foundational knowledge needed to effectively leverage Walnut. We’ll focus on the most crucial features to get your first project live quickly. Using insights gathered from our initial conversation, we’ll ensure this training is customized to help you create impactful assets tailored to your needs.
  • Go Live Follow-Up Session (30 mins): After your assets go live, we’ll conduct a follow-up to verify everything is functioning smoothly. There will also be a focus on insights and analytics, as well as exploring integrations to ingest your demo data with your marketing and CRM tools. This session will also provide additional light training where needed, and discuss new use cases to further expand the value you derive from Walnut.
  • 5 Month Business Review (30 mins): Following 5-months from your start date, we’ll hold a business review to evaluate progress and address any ongoing challenges. This consultation focuses on assessing how your current deployment is performing and identifying further opportunities to maximize value. We’ll discuss usage data, key achievements, and potential areas for optimization, while also exploring new opportunities to enhance your experience with Walnut.

Upon Renewal of the subscription, you will have access to the same activities included in the Walnut Propel Program, except for the Go Live Follow-Up Session that will be replaced with an additional 60 mins Training Session.

Walnut Propel Program Schedule: Except for the 5-month business review session, all hours and services provided as part of the Walnut Propel Program must be consumed within 6 weeks from the start date of the applicable Subscription Term. Any hours not consumed within this period will expire with no further liability, credit, or refund.

Engagement Assumptions:

The success of the Walnut Propel Program depends on:

  • Appointment of a POC on your behalf
  • Alignment on personnel that will need training
  • Active participation and ongoing engagement of Customer’s personnel designated to manage Walnut
  • Your completion of the joint success plan, demo goals and vision brief, as we will share with you.

Professional Services

Description of Services:

Walnut is offering the following Professional Services Packages:

Additional hours may be purchased upon request.
  • Advanced Training & Consultation Sessions. All packages include advanced training and consultation sessions with Walnut’s enablement specialist. During these sessions, participants will jointly review and execute various tasks related to Walnut’s Platform, including:
    • Brainstorming Sessions: Focused on determining the best approach to bring the Customer’s template to life, based on the Customer’s vision and goals.
    • Template and Demo Creation Process: Guidance through the creation process.
    • Best Practices: Strategies for effectively capturing the Customer’s platform using Walnut’s extension.
    • Hands-on Assistance: Support with edits to templates created by the Customer.
  • Template Creation. For Customers with a ‘Launch & Build’ or ‘Enterprise’ package, Walnut will work offline to capture, build, and create Templates based on the Customer’s use case, vision, goals, and script as provided by the Customer. Customer acknowledges that changes to the use case, vision, goals or script it provides may require it to purchase additional hours.  Upon completion of the Template Creation Services, Walnut will conduct a short handover session to guide the Customer on using and maintaining the created template. The success of the Template Creation is dependent on the Customer providing Walnut’s enablement specialist with a limited, revocable, non-assignable, non-transferable, royalty-free right to access the Customer’s platform for the purpose of capturing and creating the template.

Professional Services Packages Schedule: Customer and Walnut will agree on a Project Kick-Off Date, which will be no later than 30 days from the start date of the applicable Subscription Term. All hours and services provided as part of the Professional Services packages must be consumed within the following time frames:

  • Launch Package: Within 30 days from the Project Kick-Off Date.
  • Launch & Build Package: Within 60 days from the Project Kick-Off Date.
  • Enterprise Package: Within 90 days from the Project Kick-Off Date.

Any Professional Services hours not consumed within these periods will expire with no further liability, credit, or refund. Without derogating from the above mentioned, Professional Services shall renew upon each Renewal of the Subscription.

Engagement Assumptions: The success of the Professional Services packages depends on:

  • Active participation and ongoing engagement of Customer’s personnel designated to manage Walnut.
  • Customer’s completion of the demo goals and vision brief.
