What is the Startup package?

We were once an early-stage startup, and we understand that budgets can be limited. Our startup program takes that to heart and works with your budget limitations to get you and your team the benefits of creating interactive demos with Walnut.

What does implementation/onboarding look like? How soon can I get started?

You’ll have access to your account and be able to start building demos from day one. Our goal is to onboard you as quickly and efficiently as possible so that you can start creating interactive demos. We provide asynchronous onboarding paths for all customers, and also provide several onboarding workshops for customers on our Pro and Enterprise packages. For these packages, our team will meet with you to craft your demo strategy and formulate how success will be measured.

What type of support does Walnut offer?

Our team is here for you. Walnut offers technical support to all users via online forms, email, and one-on-one customer-facing calls. Our Pro package offers dedicated CSM support and professional services hours, while our Enterprise plan includes custom professional services and a dedicated account team in addition to ongoing technical services and even on-site support options! Additional support is provided via our Knowledge base and periodic customer webinars.

What if I don’t fit into one of these packages?

What is the Advanced Translations add-on?

Walnut’s Guide Translations allow you to create multiple versions of your demo guides in different languages in order to provide a localized experience. The basic offering is included in all packages and allows you to translate up to three languages per demo. The Advanced Translations offering gives you access to hundreds of languages per demo with best-in-class translations quality.
