Responsible Use of AI Features Policy

By accessing and using any of Walnut’s AI Features, you agree to use them safely and responsibly and adhere to Walnut’s Responsible Use of AI Features Policy (the “Policy”) and acknowledge that violating this Policy could result in action against your or your Company’s account, up to suspension or termination.

1. Accuracy and Quality

Some of the models used as part of Walnut’s AI Features generate responses based on your inputs and are probabilistic in nature. Due to the inherent nature of AI, output could be inaccurate, low-quality, incomplete, incoherent, offensive, biased, harmful, outdated or just plain false. You must ensure that the Input you provide is relevant, accurate, and ethically sourced. You are responsible for any Output you use, as if you were the original and sole creator; therefore, you shall always thoroughly and carefully review outputs before using them. Please let us know if you find any inaccurate Output by rating the Output through our Platform.‍‍

2. Human Oversight

Remember that AI serves as a facilitator, enhancing human decision-making, rather than supplanting it entirely. You should ensure human oversight before adopting any of the recommendations or insights provided through Walnut’s AI Features.

3. Be Respectful and Safe

Safety in AI usage starts with conscientious data input. Exercise prudence in the information you furnish, and abstain from any improper or unethical utilization that could potentially yield detrimental or deceptive, biased, or harmful content.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Exercise discretion when divulging confidential or sensitive data. Refrain from incorporating personal or non-public information, encompassing proprietary business intelligence and other confidential data in your inputs. If, however, you decide to use personal data in your Input, you must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations, including providing notices and obtaining consent, where required.

5. Respect IP Rights

Avoid using copyrighted materials without proper authorization or licensing, and refrain from infringing upon trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You should adhere at all times to Walnut’s Acceptable Use Policy as set forth in Section 6 of Walnut AI Features – Terms & Condition s.

7. Feedback and Accountability

We encourage you to uphold ethical standards and hold you accountable for your actions while using Walnut’s AI Features. You should provide us feedback on the performance and usability of the AI Features, as well as report any concerns or incidents related to ethical misconduct or misuse.
