Spending time with your customers face-to-face, being able to solve your customers’ problems, and the thrill of winning a new customer.
How do you handle the stress from working in sales?
Talk openly with others about it so you’re not carrying the burden. Do the things that you love outside of work. And also have a great therapist.
What’s your biggest sales no-no?
Not actively listening to customers.
What’s the best way to handle a ghosting prospect?
Try to add value without asking for anything in return. That may mean you send them content. That may mean you offer to make introductions.
